Our Supplier Operations team is the backbone of our commercial business. Behind every perfume note, image, ingredient list, and price on our site is a massive amount of data—over 200 fields across 45,000+ SKUs. Making sure all of that information flows quickly and accurately from our brand partners to our online store is a huge job, and that's where you come in.

We're moving away from old-school manual checks and building a truly modern, automated data setup. We're looking for a Team Lead for Supplier Operations (all genders) who loves helping people grow, isn't afraid to rethink messy processes, and gets genuinely excited about using technology and AI to make daily work easier.

Your Role:

  • Lead your team day-to-day, coaching them to grow, build confidence, and take real ownership over their work.
  • Streamline how you and your team collect and format supplier data, spotting inefficiencies and building simpler, faster ways of working.
  • Champion an automation mindset across the team by identifying repetitive tasks you can solve with clever tech and AI tools.
  • Own our PIM system (Syndigo) as the key business super-user, working closely with our internal Tech team so you can help improve the tool.
  • Tackle root causes by shifting your team's focus from fixing errors after the fact to setting up smart controls and automated validations upfront.
  • Connect the dots across various internal functions, while keeping communication clean and clear with your external suppliers.
  • Balance your team's daily operational workload with ongoing improvement projects, ensuring work capacity is distributed fairly.
  • Establish practical team KPIs and SLAs so you can easily track operational health, onboarding speed, and overall data accuracy.

Your Profile:

  • Bring real leadership drive and high emotional intelligence, showing us that you have the hunger, motivation, and empathy to guide a team.
  • Offer hands-on operational experience from a background in Master Data Management (MDM), e-commerce product data, or supply operations.
  • Demonstrate experience managing projects, optimizing processes, or driving business-side system implementations and tool adoptions.
  • Show comfort with PIM/MDM platforms (experience with Syndigo is a big plus) so you can easily translate your team's operational needs into technical language for tech teams.
  • Apply an AI and tech-first mindset, showing us how you naturally look for ways to integrate modern tech tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Maintain resilience and adaptability, staying grounded when priorities shift so you can keep your team calm, focused, and clear on what matters most.
  • Balance your problem-solving skills, showing you can zoom in to understand fine operational details while zooming out to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, german is a plus
