Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring the smooth running of kitchen processes.
Duties:
- preparing ingredients yourself
- applying basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- providing technical supervision to assistant(s).
Job requirements:
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
We offer:
Market-rate salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA – scale V)
