We are looking for an AIT Manager who will coordinate and manage complex testing activities for next-generation space systems.

In this role, you will oversee Assembly, Integration & Test activities throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that test planning, facilities, resources, and execution are aligned to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will work closely with Team Leaders, Project Managers, Engineers, and technical stakeholders to coordinate multiple activities and ensure successful delivery of advanced space programmes.

As AIT Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple engineering projects
  • Develop and manage AIT strategies, planning, and execution approaches
  • Coordinate internal test facilities, resources, and test campaigns
  • Ensure test activities are executed according to quality, safety, and project requirements
  • Manage technical and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and project milestones
  • Identify opportunities to improve AIT processes and ways of working
  • Support the successful delivery of advanced satellite and space technology programmes

Qualifications

You are an organised technical leader who enjoys coordinating complex engineering activities in a multidisciplinary and innovative environment.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, or AIT activities within a high-tech environment
  • Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.

Experience within the aerospace or space industry is considered a strong advantage.
