Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) construction activities on site.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient execution of works.
- Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
- Ensure HSE requirements are implemented and maintained on site.
- Prepare progress reports and support the resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
- Degree or Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- At least 5 years of experience as a CSA/Civil Supervisor on large EPC projects.
- Mandatory experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or Heavy Industrial projects.
- Proven experience with earthworks, excavations, foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, and industrial infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of international construction standards and codes.
- Experience working in multicultural project environments.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
