The Implementation Consultant works in close corporation with the client. The implementation consultant identifies the relevant processes and installs the software, implements & configures processes in the software.

You are hands-on responsible to do e.g. the imports in the SQL database (query statements) and to generate IDashboards. The implementation consultant must have technical as well as functional experience. Also you are experienced to train the staff of the client.

The implementation lifecycle is around 2 months, of which the analysis is done by phone and the implementation on location of the client. The complete lifecycle is around 2-3 months and the implementation on location abroad about 2-3 weeks. The consultant builds a long term relationship with the client and advises on improvements based on best practices.

The implementation consultant has a strong interest in Human Resources software and is preferably aware of staffing and employee compliance in the oil and gas industry and keeps her/himself up to date.

Dit breng je mee

• Education university degree preferably in HR.
• Strong and proven hands on technical IT experience with SaAs implementations and preferably related to HR.
• 3-5 years experience with software implementation, configuration, importing etc.
• Experienced ito train endusers.
• You are convincing and have good writing, speaking and presentational skills in English.

Technical knowledge and hands-on experience requirements:

• You are IT sawy and you are a fast learner.
• Proven hands on experience with SQL statements and queries.
• Advanced level Excel: necessary to do the imports.
• Experience to generate iDashboards.
• Affinity with the following Microsoft tools is an advantage, but can be taught on the job as well: SSIS, SSRS and/or SSAS. Other
• Fluent in English (must).
• You are a teamplayer.
• Willing to travel abroad (short and/or long) to Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) or Houston (US).
• Working hours full time.
• Base location is Leiden.

Non native Dutch, living in The Netherlands, can also apply if you are fluent in English and in the possession of a valid Dutch workpermit. Your residence must already be in the Leiden area.

• This is a permanent position. The first contract is for seven months, then permanent. We would like you to start asap but one month notification time can be discussed.
• Remuneration: competitive salary and (Dutch: situation) 26 holidays, pension plan. Other locations on request.
