Hi, I’m Fabian. As the CPO at Intact, I’d be delighted to hear about your interest in joining our team. Intact, the world’s leading software solutions provider for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, is looking for a Head of Data & AI to help build the intelligence layer for the future of global assurance.

For more than 25 years, our software has helped certification bodies, accreditation bodies and scheme owners digitize complex assurance processes. But we believe the next chapter will look fundamentally different. Our ambition is not to add AI features to an existing product. We are building the platform that will connect operational workflows, ecosystem collaboration, proprietary data and artificial intelligence to help customers make better decisions. This is one of the largest transformations in our company’s history. You won’t inherit an existing Data & AI organization. You’ll build it.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics, and 2+ years leading high-performing technical teams
• Proven track record building modern data platforms and production AI systems
• Experience turning business problems into scalable data products
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures
• Systems thinker with a pragmatic, builder mindset
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics
• Curious, low ego, and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty
• Passionate about developing people and building strong engineering cultures
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, RAG, product analytics, or modern cloud data platforms, and experience in B2B SaaS or highly regulated industries
