As part of our IT PMO & Transformation team, you will drive projects that shape the future of technology at 3Shape while collaborating with colleagues across Group IT and the business.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Create clarity around scope, objectives, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive collaboration across business and technology teams, including Product Owners, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Security Specialists, Infrastructure and Applications Experts, and Business Stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and sustainable outcomes.
• Contribute to how technology enables business growth, innovation, and operational excellence across 3Shape.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in medium to large organizations.
• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other IT initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• A genuine passion for technology, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Resilience, ownership, and a growth mindset.
