We are looking for a commercially minded professional who thrives on analysis, relationship building and negotiations – and who is passionate about turning ambitious growth plans into reality.

️ About SOFACOMPANY

About the role

As Retail Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for driving our expansion across several European markets. • Analyse market, competitor and demographic data to support business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers and other key partners
  • Drive expansion projects from the initial location analysis to the signed lease agreement
  • Evaluate the performance of new stores and translate learnings into future expansion decisions
  • Prepare reporting, analyses and decision-making material for senior management

About you

We imagine that you:

  • Are motivated by creating growth and seeing tangible results from your work
  • Thrive on combining analysis, relationship building and commercial negotiations
  • Have experience within retail expansion, leasing, real estate or a similar commercial role
  • Have experience working across international markets and naturally navigate different cultures and business environments
  • Are highly analytical and able to turn data into decisions and actions
  • Work in a structured way and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Are a skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Thrive in a role involving frequent international travel
  • Speak and write English fluently. Danish, German or Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
