Then join Gen Re’s Business School team as a Working Student (d/f/m) Training & Education in our office in Cologne starting in September 2026.

The position is initially offered for one year, with the possibility of extension. Designed to fit alongside your studies, the role offers flexible working hours based on an agreed schedule of up to 19 hours per week during the semester.

Your Role

  • Assist the planning and delivery of international training events by preparing and updating training materials and helping identify industry experts.
  • Create and maintain e-learning content using authoring tools, structure learning modules and review learning units for usability.
  • Support online and print publications by researching relevant industry topics and identifying suitable visuals and content.
  • Contribute to a variety of marketing activities related to our learning offerings.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled at a university and expect to remain enrolled for at least another year.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • You have a strong interest in digital technologies and AI-related developments and stay up-to-date with new tools and trends.
  • You have native-level English skills.
  • You enjoy working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
