Role Overview
As a Partner Success Manager – Gross, you’ll be an important part of the team supporting the delivery of gross campaigns in our growing Marketplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to learn, build strong working relationships, and grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to help manage campaign-related tasks, update systems, and communicate with partners and suppliers. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.
This is a full time, permanent role based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute gross campaigns, ensuring smooth operation before, during, and after launch.
- Act as the key liaison between partners and clients, managing orders, terminations, and system updates in Benifex’s portal.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop scalable, market-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with partner and client needs.
- Support Marketplace growth by improving processes, automating workflows, and facilitating agreements between clients and suppliers.
- Troubleshoot partner-related issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and KPIs aligned with company OKRs.

Who you are
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Background in roles involving coordination and administrative responsibility
- Experience in a customer facing role supporting and resolving technical client issues
- Experience working with platforms and maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable navigating platforms and optimizing partner experiences at scale
- You're proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or gross campaign environments is desirable
Success in this role starts with a sharp attention to detail. Accuracy in managing technical configurations, partner content, and campaign data is essential to ensure quality, prevent errors, and maintain trust. As the key liaison for campaign execution, your ability to build relationships with internal teams will support smooth coordination and long-term success. With multiple campaigns, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage, staying organized and prioritizing effectively will enable you to deliver a seamless and effective partner experience.
Location: Stockholm or Copenhagen (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
