Junior Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (all genders)

Job Description Team: Marketing Job Location: Berlin, Germany, Munich, Germany Position Type: Full-time Work Flexibility: Hybrid BESTSECRET is looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Department on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for creating and executing first-class social media and editorial content while collaborating closely with the wider Marketing team and key stakeholders. Additionally, you must be willing to work in a fast-paced international environment, and you will report directly to the Senior Lead of Social Media & Content Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute BESTSECRET’s social media strategy across Instagram (lead channel), Facebook, and TikTok, including campaign planning, publishing, and performance optimisation.
• Grow brand awareness, engagement, and international audiences through data-driven content, community management, and KPI-focused reporting.
• Create and manage premium social media content, leveraging trends and insights to develop engaging concepts, copy, stories, and editorial campaigns.
• Guide influencer marketing activities from briefing and campaign execution through performance analysis and optimisation.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, agencies, and cross-functional teams to amplify high performing content, deliver integrated campaigns, and support key brand initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or premium consumer brands.
• Proven expertise in social media ownership, influencer marketing, and paid social/performance marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of content performance, analytics, social listening, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI); experience with Emplifi is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with a collaborative mindset; German or additional European languages are a plus.
