Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
• Address issues around on-prem (Hypervisor, Storage and networks) and Cloud (AWS & Azure) infrastructure.
• Provide support to Tier 3 teams to address on-site DC issues.
• Receiving and documenting requests for support.
• Updating computer operating systems and other important software, as needed.
• Substantiating requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades, if appropriate.
• Providing suggestions on appropriate training for staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline. Pertinent bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
• Clear understanding of troubleshooting principles for Laptops (Windows and Mac),OS , Desktop applications. Exhibits our core values: Results Orientation, Winning Attitude, Be One Team, Disciplined Execution, and Growth Mindset

The salary range in Netherlands for this position is 38,000.00 to 47,000.00 EUR Annual.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
