The role

As a UAV Technician at DeltaQuad, you are responsible for assembling and building various UAV components according to established procedures and quality standards. You work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure our drones are built with precision, care, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing and assembly processes in accordance with established procedures.
  • Test and calibrate UAV components using specialised equipment and software.
  • Maintain strict quality standards throughout every stage of the production process.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the technical team.

What you bring

  • An Associate’s Degree (mbo/hbo) in a technical field or related discipline.
  • Affinity with drone technology and innovative systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformities.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Consistency in performing repetitive tasks with high precision.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Drone license (A1/A3) is a plus.
  • A driving license B is a plus.
