We’re looking for a Sales Representative, Parts & Logistics who knows that great customer service is built on speed, precision, and trust. Sitting at the heart of our EMEA operations, you will partner closely with Area Sales Managers and international clients to deliver tailored spare parts solutions, clear technical guidance, and reliable back-office support.

Based in our Kista, Sweden office, this position offers a hybrid working setup with three collaborative days in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Quotation & Order Execution: Prepare accurate quotations and handle sales order processing efficiently for both existing and new customers in the EMEA region.
- Parts Promotion & Sales: Active drive to promote and sell Bromma’s spare parts portfolio while providing insightful technical sales support to meet customer needs.
- Administrative & Back-Office Support: Assist team members and Area Sales Managers with administrative workflows, customer tenders, required documentation, and data management in company systems.
- Invoice & Claims Handling: Archive and systematically follow up on unpaid invoices, while actively assisting customers with claims and transportation challenges.
- Customer Collaboration: Act as a reliable point of contact, driving proactive initiatives to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience. What we offer you:

What you bring to the role:
- Education & Experience: Sales-related educational background or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working directly with customers in a sales, customer support, or technical service environment.
- Commercial & Technical Aptitude: Proven track record in handling sales administration tasks, supporting customer requests, and understanding technical product portfolios.
- Computer & Systems Skills: Strong overall computer literacy with the ability to navigate customer management and order processing software systematically.
- Structured & Agile Mindset: Highly organized with a structured approach to multitasking, paired with a high sense of urgency to resolve customer inquiries quickly.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to confidently interact with international customers and colleagues.
