One World Rental provides event technology, staffing and technical support services globally. Our teams prepare and deploy technology solutions for conferences, exhibitions, festivals, corporate events and temporary business environments.

Our fulfilment teams are responsible for making sure equipment is tested, prepared, tracked and ready to deploy. Accuracy, organisation and reliability are critical to the success of every project.

This role sits at the centre of daily fulfilment operations and works closely with technical, logistics and project teams.

The Role

This role combines fulfilment, inventory and basic technical preparation responsibilities.

You'll prepare equipment for deployment, complete quality checks, maintain inventory accuracy and support project teams with equipment requirements.

You'll spend time working with laptops, tablets, printers, networking equipment and event technology solutions. Priorities can change quickly and multiple projects may be prepared at the same time.

This role would suit someone who is organised, enjoys technology and likes balancing practical work with administration and tracking responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing…..

  • Configure and prepare equipment for projects
  • Complete equipment testing and quality checks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Prepare project kits and deployment packs
  • Track equipment movements through internal systems
  • Investigate missing or incorrect inventory records
  • Support equipment returns and asset processing
  • Assist with project planning requirements
  • Coordinate with couriers and logistics providers
  • Escalate equipment faults and shortages
  • Maintain warehouse organisation standards
  • Support continuous improvement of fulfilment processes

Experience we are looking for …..

  • Basic troubleshooting experience is beneficial
  • Confident using spreadsheets and operational systems

Additional Information …..

  • Some out-of-hours work may occasionally be required during peak periods
  • Equipment handling and warehouse duties form part of the role
  • Training will be provided on OWR systems and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €17,00 per hour
