We are looking for a creative and driven Video Production Specialist (m/f/d) to help tell our story through exceptional video content. From producing polished marketing campaigns to social media content, you'll be at the heart of our visual storytelling efforts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves every stage of production: developing concepts and strategy, planning shoots, directing scenes, editing footage, and bringing ideas to life. You'll have the opportunity to shape our video strategy, experiment with new creative approaches, and create content that engages, inspires, and delivers results.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and produce marketing materials, including short-form and long-form video content.
• Shoot videos at important events and programs.
• Edit and enhance video content for promotional campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Manage video production timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Plan shoot locations, coordinate participants, and organize production logistics.
• Develop scripts and storyboards to outline the video’s narrative and visual elements.
• Direct scenes and guide participants during filming to achieve the desired creative vision.
• Ensure all production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and accessories, is maintained and fully operational.
• Monitor audio quality, lighting conditions, and other technical elements to maintain professional production standards.
• Brainstorm innovative concepts and creative approaches for future video projects.
• Evaluate the organization's current video presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, storytelling, and overall video performance.

Your profile

• English level: C1+
• Based in or around Vienna
• Proven experience in video production, videography, and video editing.
• Experience producing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Experience developing storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts.
• Interest in personal finance and taxes.
• A creative spirit that is open to trying new ideas, and being bold in a very niche community.
