DDN is seeking an experienced RFP & Proposal Management leader to create and oversee the global response process for customer requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), security questionnaires, and other formal procurement activities.
This will be a key role to streamline DDN Go-To-Market by creating the backbone of our most strategic proposals.
This role will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling customer responses.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal response process.
- Acquire and Manage the RFP Tool
- Experience leading similar global programs or operational initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure timely submissions.
- Develop and maintain proposal content libraries and knowledge repositories.
- Establish proposal management best practices and governance processes.
- Review customer requirements and identify response strategies.
- Manage proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Improve response quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Track proposal metrics, win rates, and process performance.
- Support strategic and high-visibility customer opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, sales operations, or technical sales support.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- APMP certification preferred.
- Experience with proposal automation and content management tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or infrastructure companies.
