Your Role in Our Team

• Site management for our project locations with a focus on mechanical installation and structural steel construction in North America and Europe
• Primary point of contact for subcontractors, on-site project teams, and project management within the respective area of responsibility
• Monitoring compliance with project requirements regarding schedules, quality, and costs while ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards and legal regulations
• Participation in site meetings, coordination of all subcontractor activities on site, and reporting to project management
• Documentation and reporting of all relevant progress and incidents, as well as responsibility for handling missing or defective materials on site

You Are a Good Fit If You Have

• Technical training in the field of mechanics or metalworking, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician
• Proven professional experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager, preferably in the field of automated systems and installations
• Good English skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel extensively and a valid Class B driver's license
• A strong quality mindset, as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly

Business travel can start directly from your place of residence; relocation to Parkstein is not required.
