Chef de Partie & Waiters/Waitresses – Casual Bistro in the Heart of Amsterdam We are a casual bistro located in the heart of Amsterdam, offering both a set menu and à la carte. We have a relaxed approach to service and are looking for people who enjoy good food and a friendly atmosphere. We operate Wednesday to Saturday for dinner only and are hiring full-time staff.

Positions available

1. Chef de Partie Prepare and cook dishes for the set menu and à la carte Take ownership of your section Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene Work closely with the kitchen team during dinner service

2. Waiter / Waitress Welcome and serve guests in a warm, casual way Take orders and handle payments Keep the dining area clean and comfortable Create a friendly experience for every guest What we offer Competitive full-time salary + tips Dinner shifts only (Wed–Sat) Staff drinks at the end of the shift Friendly international team Staff meals Great central Amsterdam location

Requirements Positive and friendly attitude Ability to work in a busy dinner service Basic English (Dutch is a plus) Experience is welcome but not required – attitude matters most
