Milky Amsterdam is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Full-Time Bar Crew Member to join our growing team.
At Milky, guests place their own orders through QR codes and self-order kiosks. This means your focus is not on taking orders, but on preparing high-quality beverages, delivering them quickly, and creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare coffees, milkshakes, iced drinks, soft drinks, and other beverages to the highest standard
- Deliver drinks and desserts to guests quickly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the day
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every beverage served
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver a smooth guest experience
- Provide friendly, professional, and proactive customer service
- Assist guests whenever needed and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Help preserve Milky's excellent reputation by delivering outstanding hospitality every day
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is preferred
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
