Role: Project Manager- Business Receiver Lead SAP Implementation

Location: Oskarshamn, Sweden

Mode of Employment: Permanent / Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Job Description

• We are looking for a Business Receiver Lead to support the implementation of SAP at one of our production units.

• This is a key role for ensuring that business needs operational requirements and local readiness are fully considered throughout the transformation

• You will represent the production unit in the implementation project and act as a bridge between the project organisation and the local business

• Your focus will be to secure business alignment support decisionmaking coordinate readiness activities identify risks and help the organisation prepare for new processes and ways of working

• The role includes close collaboration with managers process representatives key users and project stakeholders

• You will support activities related to planning testing cutover golive and post golive stabilisation ensuring that the business is ready and that new processes are successfully adopted

• We believe you have experience from production operations business development or project work in an industrial environment

• You are structured communicative and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels

• Experience from SAP or other ERP implementations is an advantage but your ability to understand business needs drive alignment and support change is most important
