As part of our Portable Metrology division, you'll support a global product portfolio used across industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy and manufacturing.
We're looking for a CPQ Analyst to join our team and help maintain and enhance our Oracle CPQ platform, enabling our sales teams to configure complex products and generate accurate customer quotations.
As a CPQ Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of Oracle CPQ. Rather than developing new platform functionality, you'll configure products, maintain system data and ensure the sales organisation can create accurate quotes with the correct pricing logic, product bundles and approval workflows. You'll work closely with Product Management, Sales Operations and the CPQ Development team to deliver configuration changes that support new product launches and continuous improvements.

You'll become the go-to expert for CPQ configuration, ensuring our sales teams can confidently configure products, generate accurate quotations and support new product introductions quickly and efficiently. Your work will directly support global sales operations and improve the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle CPQ product structures, bundles and configuration rules.
- Maintain product, pricing and user data within CPQ.
- Set up new products and product versions for global sales teams.
- Configure product dependencies to ensure accurate product recommendations during quotation.
- Maintain approval matrices and user assignments.
- Provide Level 2 support for CPQ users and investigate configuration-related issues.
- Collaborate with the CPQ Development team when development work or system enhancements are required.
- Support data uploads and system updates during product launches.
- Work with Product Management and Sales Operations to implement configuration requests and improvements. Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Around 3-4 years' experience working with a CPQ platform.
- Hands-on experience configuring products within a CPQ environment.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with complex product structures or configurable products.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage detailed configuration work independently.
- Based within EMEA with excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Oracle CPQ experience.
- Experience with other CPQ platforms (SAP CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Epicor CPQ, Tacton, PROS, etc.).
- Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI or CPQ migration projects.
