As a Process Analyst, you will play an active role in shaping the further development of our digital solutions. You will analyse and optimise business processes, prioritise requirements, and work closely with our Solution Engineers and international business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Your Tasks

  • Take ownership of the continuous development of selected IT solutions, from gathering business requirements through to go-live
  • Analyse, structure, and prioritise requirements from various business functions
  • Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define priorities, roadmaps, and project outcomes
  • Capture and model business processes, identify opportunities for optimisation, and develop actionable improvement measures
  • Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and configuration activities
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and ensure the quality of software releases
  • Support the implementation of new systems, features, and processes, including change management activities

Your Profile

  • A completed university degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Management, or a similar digital environment
  • Strong expertise in analysing and optimising business processes
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops and communicating effectively with international stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English and good working knowledge of German
