Copenhagen Downtown Hostel is looking for a Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. You'll play an important role in ensuring our rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and ready to welcome travelers from all over the world.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning guest rooms, dormitories, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
• Changing bed linen and making beds
• Restocking guest supplies and housekeeping materials
• Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the relevant department
• Following daily cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
• Helping ensure the hostel is always clean, tidy, and ready to welcome guests
• Working closely with reception and maintenance teams to support daily operations

About You

• You speak English and can communicate comfortably with colleagues
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not required
• You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in your work
• You're reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• You're physically comfortable with an active role that involves standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning throughout the day
• You work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude
• You're available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
