Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist / Manager to join our European Quality team.

Depending on experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management System while supporting pharmaceutical and food ingredient business activities across Europe.

This position offers excellent opportunities to work in an international environment and collaborate closely with global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Prepare, review and approve quality documentation including SOPs, specifications and quality agreements
  • Manage deviations, CAPA, change controls and risk assessments
  • Support supplier qualification and customer quality requests
  • Coordinate internal audits, supplier audits and regulatory inspections
  • Support GMP, GDP, ISO and food safety compliance where applicable
  • Review customer complaints and coordinate investigations
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Supply Chain on quality-related matters
  • Support new product introductions and technology transfer projects
  • Ensure compliance with European pharmaceutical and food industry regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in one of the following disciplines:

  • Pharmacy
  • Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemistry
  • Chemistry
  • Food Science
  • Life Sciences
  • Chemical Engineering

Experience

For QA Specialist

  • Experience in QA, QC or Regulatory Affairs is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply

For QA Manager

  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or food ingredient quality management
  • Experience with GMP quality systems is highly preferred
  • Experience leading audits or managing quality projects is an advantage

  • Supplier Qualification
  • Internal Audits
  • Pharmaceutical or Food Ingredient Quality Systems

Language Requirements

  • English: Required
  • German: Preferred
  • Chinese: A plus
