We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers . and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession.

We're remote-first and open to candidates from any European location.

What you'll do:

• (80%) Own end-to-end recruiting for OKTOBER: sourcing, screening, and closing 6+ hires a month across RM, Design, and other roles
• (10%) Support core People Ops, from onboarding to day-to-day people questions, keeping things running smoothly as the team grows fast
• (10%) Partner closely with our P&C Lead on strategic initiatives, from org structure rollouts to process design, as we build our people foundations from the ground up

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

• Solid, hands-on recruiting experience in an agency, startup, or fast-scaling environment where you've owned hiring end-to-end, not just coordinated it
• A structured, process-minded operator who can bring order to a "still building everything" environment without needing it handed to you
• Strong business acumen and the judgment to represent OKTOBER's culture and standards in every candidate conversation

Growth path: This role is roughly 80% recruiting today, but it's built to grow. As our people processes mature, you'll take on more ownership as a People Partner, leading your own strategic projects alongside our P&C Lead, not just supporting them.

Start date: As soon as possible. We're moving fast on this hire, so candidates who can start within 1-2 weeks will be prioritized.
