As a HR project manager at the Aalberts head office, based in Utrecht (NL) you will support and drive strategic people & culture programmes across Aalberts. You will work closely with the rewards director and talent & learning manager, contributing to key initiatives while building towards independently leading strategic projects in the future. In addition, you will be responsible for group-wide KPI reporting on people & culture. You will report to the chief people and sustainability officer.
your challenge
- Support the execution of strategic people & culture initiatives across the Aalberts group, working closely with the chief people & sustainability officer, rewards director and talent & learning manager
- Coordinate and monitor key people & culture projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment and stakeholder engagement across business groups
- Organise, optimise and maintain global people & culture KPIs, reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
- Act as a trusted partner for people & culture directors by providing insights, analyses and reporting for strategic and quarterly business reviews
- Support the launch of the global engagement survey
- Collaborate on the delivery of leadership and talent development programmes across the organisation
- Operational HR support for the head office
- Partner with marketing and business teams to support on topics like company values and employer branding.
- Identify opportunities to improve people & culture processes, reporting and ways of working across the group
requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social studies, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources in a high paced business environment
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR programme management
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
