General Job Description
As a Warehouse Specialist / Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, Customer Service, and transportation partners to maintain high service standards, ensure stock accuracy, and contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order picking, and inventory management.
- Prepare, mount, palletize, band, and load products according to customer requirements.
- Enter and monitor warehouse activities through the ERP system.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, lifting equipment, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Load and unload trucks and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate stock organization and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and warehouse operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, transportation providers, and third-party logistics partners (3PLs).
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

- Efficient warehouse operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience (3 years preferred for specialist-level responsibilities).
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Experience in receiving, shipping, order picking, and inventory management.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with tire mounting (preferred, if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (35 kg), stand for extended periods, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities.
