Role Overview

As our newest Grease, your job is to prepare and serve high-quality drinks, deliver exceptional service, and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your Daily Grind:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Run food and drinks from the kitchen to guests efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure guests' satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and attentive service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth service flow.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines and tools daily.
• Report any technical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Restock ingredients, cups, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas.
• Process guests' payments accurately using a POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the café, including counters, tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Stay informed about menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions.
• Stay current with all internal communications, including updates shared via All Gravy.
• Be present on the floor at all times.
• Support managers with daily operations and assist with any tasks when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas organized.
• The role is not limited to the responsibilities listed above and may include additional tasks as required by the business.
• Have a YES mentality.
