As we continue to grow and strengthen our organization in Poland, while expanding our production site, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract, recruit and onboard talented skilled operators and professionals while supporting our employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
About the job
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and employee experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across the business to attract the right talent, ensure an excellent candidate journey, and support new employees as they join the organization. In addition, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR-related queries and contribute to internal communication activities.
Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and preparing offers
- Proactively identify and attract talent using various sourcing methods, including direct search (headhunting)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees
- Support internal communication initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities
- Support and implement Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen Toms' position as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and HR records
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding everyday HR-related questions.
About you
You don't need to tick every box, but we imagine that you:
- Have 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role
- Have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Have experience in direct and indirect candidate sourcing using professional networks and a variety of recruitment channels; experience with direct search/headhunting is considered a strong advantage
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to understand business needs and deliver talent acquisition solutions
- Have excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Are well organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in an international, cross-functional environment
- Are solution-oriented and committed to delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience
- Have experience with or knowledge of general processes within an HR department
- Communicate confidently in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
