Sales Operations Analyst

Optimizing and implementing processes, systems and digital products are a competitive advantage for Tesla and an essential part of our business to efficiently plan vehicle deliveries, manage internally owned fleet vehicles and operationalize vehicle delivery plans. Scaling the business and building a consistent operating model requires a capability to perform strategic planning and execute large scale implementations. You will work on improving the business along its cultural change journey by making the vehicle delivery journey feel effortless and like magic for both field teams and our customers.

What You'll Do* Own and manage the Service Loaners Fleet end-to-end — allocation, maintenance, tracking, and day-to-day operations

• Maintain full visibility of fleet status (location, condition, actions needed) and keep vehicles well maintained and clearly tracked
• Allocate the fleet optimally across markets and service locations, proactively covering needs and preventing gaps
• Act as the main contact for Service teams: understand needs, support timely, and follow up on insurance claims, repairs, and other fleet requirements
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly; design and improve the Service Fleet cycling process and related workflows
• Build and maintain fleet reports/dashboards; define and track KPIs (utilization, allocation, condition, cycling, market coverage)
• Use data to spot trends and gaps, propose improvements, and keep leadership updated on performance, risks, and progress against targets

What You'll Bring* Highly motivated and intelligent self-starter with the desire for constant process improvement and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to AI-driven operations — use AI agents and automation to manage fleet workflows at scale, a skillset increasingly valuable across the industry
• Experience in cross-functional project management, and proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion, outstanding attention to detail
• Solid understanding of business processes and highly attentive to detail to be able to understand and improve workflows
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluency) additional languages are beneficial, but not required
• Knowledge of vehicle registration processing and vehicle insurance claims is a plus
