Content Creator Trainees in ENGLISH based in the Nordic Region (Remote)

We are looking for motivated individuals based in, or with direct experience of, the Nordic region, interested in building a social media presence focused on sharing Nordic life and culture.

We are a startup company with early-stage investment, focused on launching and scaling creator accounts from scratch.

Location: Remote (Candidates should be based in the Nordic region, as the role involves creating content about everyday life and culture in Nordic countries)

What Makes This Different:

• We build accounts from 0 — no prior following required
• Platform promotion budgets will be provided to support growth
• You’ll work with a team focused on scaling and content strategy

What You’ll Do:

• Create short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) on a consistent basis
• Follow content direction and adapt to trends
• Develop your on-camera presence and personal style
• Improve content through feedback and iteration

Who We’re Looking For:

• University background (current students or graduates preferred)
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• At an early stage of building your content or online presence
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Able to understand and execute creative direction clearly
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent output
