The EMEA Customer Fulfilment Specialist Monitors the E2E Quote to Invoice process and manages critical exceptions and escalations, acting as senior advisor and trainer for customer fulfilment colleagues and control key critical activities.

We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant / similar field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office especially with Excel
- Proficient knowledge of PowerBI, developing and working with reports
- German language skills is required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and have good social skills
- Change management skills

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Order Management Team on processes that are outside of the standard flow. Involve other stakeholders to ensure impact on E2E process is understood. Support with standardization and automation.
- Create new Process Maps and SOPs and support Order Management team with training and implementation of new processes.
- Monitor E2E process and analyze data and develop relevant reports. Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience through data. Manage critical exceptions and process escalations.
- Active involvement in expert community and sharing of best practices with the Order Management Team.
- Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer meeting KPIs and quality metrics.
- Interface with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately
- Monitor order related compliance of the delivery dates and quantities to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable to provide information and communicate business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.
- Support Order Management team with ISO9001 activities and continuous improvements.
