Help us build the future of circular concrete.

At everox, we are transforming waste concrete into high-value circular building materials. Our ambition is to reduce CO₂ emissions in one of the world's most polluting industries.

As we scale internationally, we are building joint ventures with the right local partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Picking the right partners, and reaching them with the right pitch, is what makes that scale-up possible.

This internship is most suitable for a 4th-year HBO or WO student looking for a graduation or end-of-study internship.

About the internship

Over the past year, we have profiled and prioritised 20 target markets for international expansion. The next step is to identify the right local partners in each market (companies in construction, demolition, recycling, and concrete production that fit our Joint Venture profile) and prepare the ground for outreach.

During this internship, you will build the 'everox International Partner Scoring Tracker': a single, consolidated, decision-ready view of who we should approach first, in which market, and why. These partners could potentially support us in scaling through future joint ventures or strategic collaborations. Most of the work will involve structured desk research, company analysis, data structuring, and preparing commercially useful insights for the BD team.

Key internship question: Across our priority markets, who are the strongest local Joint Venture candidates for everox, and how should we approach them?

What you will do

  • Audit existing partner research across 20 markets and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unsourced claims.
  • Apply everox's partner KPI framework consistently across all markets and four partner personas (construction, demolition, recycling, concrete producers).
  • Conduct desk research on candidate companies using annual reports, sustainability reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Score and rank partners with documented rationale.
  • Build a cross-market comparison view ranking the strongest Joint Venture candidates across all 20 markets.
  • Develop a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software ready contact list for the identified partners.

You will deliver a consolidated Partner Scoring Tracker covering 20 markets × 4 personas, with KPI scores and ranked potential partners. Furthermore, you will create a CRM-ready (HubSpot) contact database partners across priority markets and prioritize outreach roadmap for the Business Development team.

What you will learn

  • How to run a structured partner-screening process for international expansion
  • How Joint Venture partnerships are built and prioritised in a deeptech, climate-impact business
  • How to translate analytical work into outreach-ready commercial output
  • Direct exposure to international BD strategy alongside the commercial (leadership) team

About you

  • HBO or WO 4th year student or in business, economics, sustainability, engineering, or a related field
  • Comfortable structuring information and working with scoring frameworks
  • Rigorous desk-research skills: you triangulate sources and don't accept unsourced numbers
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed: you can run a multi-month project with weekly check-ins
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or another language is a plus)
  • Available per September 2026 for the internship assignment

What we offer you

  • 6 to 9-month internship, 4 or 5 days per week; depending on your requirements.
  • Direct exposure to international expansion strategy in climate-tech.
  • Mentorship by the BD Associate and the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Opportunity to grow into a longer internship or future role
  • Internship allowance of € 700,- p/month)
  • The opportunity to work on industrial-scale technology that contributes to circular concrete and lower CO₂ emissions in the construction industry.
