Team Leader of Client Legal

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Department: Legal Real Estate

Hybrid after probation - 3 days onsite

Vacancy type: Full time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week)

The position

The Team Leader will provide practical leadership and day-to-day coordination within the team, ensuring client service delivery is efficient, accurate and compliant. This role will support the smooth running of a client portfolio, guide team members on operational matters, and help maintain strong working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Operational

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of real estate clients
  • Execute on your own dedicated clients
  • Work closely with the team to ensure client matters are progressed accurately and on time
  • Act as a director in client entities, and in owners association boards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for workflow allocation, prioritisation and operational support within the team
  • Support the team through process or systems changes in a positive and constructive manner
  • Ensure all statutory returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within required deadlines
  • Take ownership of additional tasks and client administration as required, using initiative and minimal supervision
  • Communicate openly and professionally with clients on a regular basis
  • Conduct meetings, prepare minutes and resolutions, and complete related administration tasks
  • Maintain client records and documents accurately
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, service delivery and day-to-day processes
  • Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and on time
  • Support general financial performance targets

Commercial

  • Support the client take-on process and assist with the handover of existing clients where required
  • Promote CSC Real Estate services to existing clients, prospective clients and professional advisers
  • Assist with preparation of fee proposals and support new business opportunities
  • Support client relationship management and contribute to business development activity
  • Review and collect aged debt
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Help develop client relationships to increase the range of CSC services used

People

  • Facilitate a pleasant, professional and engaging working environment
  • Monitor personal performance against objectives and development targets
  • Be approachable and accessible to team members, providing guidance, coaching and assistance
  • Ensure time is recorded accurately so client work is properly billed
  • Develop technical knowledge of real estate structures, internal systems and processes, and share this knowledge with colleagues

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a similar real estate or corporate services role
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially aware with a strong client service mindset
  • Strong academic background
  • Specific experience in a Real Estate environment is a benefit
  • Strong knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance requirements
  • Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide colleagues
  • Interest in playing with AI, 365 tools and other tech which may improve deliveries etc. A proactive, committed and solution-focused approach
