Sales Specialist – Keep Deals Moving That Matter

Your role
You are part of our commercial team, but this role is closer to a commercial support / administrative position than a traditional sales role. You manage customer requests, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth coordination from request to delivery. While commercial awareness is important, this is not a role focused on active selling or closing deals in the traditional sense. Instead, you play a key role in making sure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and accurately.

What you’ll do

• Manage and process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Prepare clear, competitive quotations
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and QA to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor progress and follow up to keep processes on track
• Handle questions and issues in a structured, solution-oriented way
• Support the team by maintaining oversight and ensuring details are correct
• Identify improvements in processes and ways of working

Who you are
You are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where coordination and accuracy are key. You take ownership of your work and ensure things are well-organized and under control. You understand the commercial context, but you are especially strong in execution, administration, and keeping an overview.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, commercial support, or similar role
• Experience working with NGOs or within a company like MEG is highly preferred
• Experience with quotations, tenders, or contract management
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent English and French is a strong plus
