WE ARE LOOKING FOR A EMEA REATIL OPERATIONS MANAGER TO JOIN OUR RETAIL OPERATIONS TEAM IN COPENHAGEN! (10 MONTH PARENTAL LEAVE COVER)

Are you passionate about creating seamless retail operations across multiple markets? We are looking for an organised, solution-oriented, and proactive retail operations manager to join ganni for a 10-month parental leave cover and help drive operational excellence across our EMEA retail business.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

As EMEA Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of GANNI’s retail stores across Europe. Working closely with our EMEA retail team including Area and Store Managers, and HQ functions, you will ensure our stores have the operational support, tools, processes needed to deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will coordinate operational projects, improve retail processes, and act as the operational link between stores and HQ. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and continuously finding smarter ways of working.

Retail Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of stores across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure stores have the tools, systems, and operational support needed to perform at their best.
  • Coordinate store maintenance, operational vendors, and store supply management.
  • Support operational compliance and ensure consistency across all retail locations.

Operational Excellence

  • Continuously improve retail processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain retail operational guidelines, documentation, and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new retail initiatives, systems, and operational projects.

Store Projects

  • Coordinate operational activities related to store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and closures.
  • Ensure stores are operationally ready, including systems, supplies, vendors, and documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the operational link between stores and HQ functions, including Retail, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, HR, and Facilities.
  • Coordinate operational communication across the EMEA retail organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all markets.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working within Retail Operations, Store Operations, Retail Project Management, or a similar operational retail role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and store environments.
  • Comfortable working with systems and continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

WHAT ELSE?

This is a 10-month parental cover starting in September 2026.

The role is based at our Copenhagen Office and will require some travel across the EMEA region to support stores and operational projects.

You will work closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, and our Store and Area Managers across EMEA.
