Job Summary
The Data Analyst will analyse, visualise, and deliver actionable insights supporting Content Management capabilities. The role focuses on Content Insights and DAM reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions across content platforms and market operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse data from CMS, DAM, and Content Management systems to identify trends and patterns.
Deliver insights that support content performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Dashboarding & Reporting
Design and maintain dashboards using Looker and similar tools.
Provide regular reporting on content performance and DAM usage metrics.
Develop visualisations for business KPIs and decision-making.
Data Extraction & Querying
Use SQL and BigQuery to extract and analyse datasets.
Perform exploratory data analysis using Python where needed.
Support ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive investigations.
Content Insights & DAM Reporting
Develop datasets supporting Content Insights and DAM reporting.
Provide insights into asset usage, performance, and digital channel trends.
Data Quality & Governance
Ensure data accuracy and reliability across reports.
Perform validation checks and highlight anomalies proactively.
Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data teams.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and business teams.
Skill Requirements
Strong experience in data analysis and dashboarding.
Expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Looker.
Experience using Python for data analysis.
Experience working with large datasets.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
Other Requirements
Experience in content analytics or marketing data.
Knowledge of CMS/DAM systems.
Familiarity with analytics pipelines.
