Technical Specialist Video (M/F)
Location: Paris, France (Relocation offer)
Languages: French or English mandatory
Contract Type: Full-time permanent (CDI)
Salary: €44,000 to €49,000 gross annual (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation
- Drive Results: Ensure smooth event execution through accurate and timely setup, operation, and teardown of advanced audiovisual equipment, as outlined in the technical qualifications section.
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Do the Right Thing: Adhere to all company safety and security protocols.
- Report all health and safety issues to the HSE Manager, Line Manager, or on-site Project Manager.
- Ensure equipment is protected against theft and/or damage during use.
Customer Service
- Deliver World-Class Service: Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the needs and expectations of both internal and external clients.
- Maintain positive relationships with all clients through effective communication.
- See the Big Picture: Partner with the internal team on event solutions before and during the event to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
- Understand and foster relationships between the hotel, venue, and client.
Staff Training & Development
- Value People: Create an atmosphere that encourages technical and leadership skill development in fellow employees.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to members of the technical, sales, and operations teams to develop their technical skills as needed.
Event Supervision
- Perform advanced tasks (pre-event, live event, post-event) alongside operations team members.
- Supervise and direct other technicians during live events.
Equipment Maintenance
- Assist the team in properly prepping, securing, storing, transporting, and maintaining equipment.
- Conduct inventory checks and forecast equipment needs.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in audiovisual technology or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 4 years of specialized experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse workforce, varied clientele, and executive leadership.
- Experience managing multi-task projects/initiatives.
- Strong client- and colleague-facing skills and experience.
