We're looking for a Business Continuity & Service Resilience Specialist to help build and strengthen our resilience capabilities across the organization. In this role, you'll lead business continuity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and resilience programs while partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Allego's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments across critical business functions
- Define recovery requirements, resilience measures, and continuity strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
- Monitor resilience risks and drive improvement initiatives
- Support the creation of governance frameworks, policies, and operational standards
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure continuity and recovery plans remain effective and practical
- Support major incident response and service restoration activities when required
- Contribute to service resilience and operational maturity initiatives across the organization
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents and service disruptions when required.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or a related field
- Experience developing and maintaining BCM frameworks
- Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments
- Experience planning and facilitating continuity or disaster recovery exercises
- Strong understanding of operational resilience and recovery planning principles
- Ability to translate risks into practical actions and improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured, analytical, and proactive mindset
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL practices
- Experience with ISO 22301 and/or ISO 27001
- Experience working within technology-driven or critical infrastructure environments
