Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data/Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charting) and PowerPoint (thinkcell) with an executive-style approach
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (QlikView/Qlik Sense, Power BI) is an advantage, as well as a passion for continuous learning and improvement in a dynamic work environment
• Fluent in English, with German language skills being a plus
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with deadlines
• Manage MS Teams and SharePoint for the team, ensuring timely updates and efficient file management
• Hands-on, structured work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative thinking and a proactive problem-solving approach, as well as interest in shipping, logistics, and digital tools is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a project management governance process, utilizing tools like Scrum or Kanban
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, translating data into clear KPIs and insights for management
• Extract and compile data from QlikView based on given requirements and prepare and structure datasets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Build and maintain campaign tracking reports, monitoring key performance indicators
• Update and maintain recurring reporting decks, adhering to corporate standards
• Administer MS Teams and SharePoint, managing announcements, file organization, and internal meeting coordination
• Translate data into actionable messages for internal campaigns and support ad-hoc analyses and presentation requests for senior stakeholders
• Ensure a structured and reliable workflow, managing multiple tasks efficiently
