What you'll do
- Collaborate with and support project managers, process managers, business analysts and application specialists within the Digital Order Intake (EDI) product area
- Create, maintain and update documentation, manuals, work instructions and project documentation in Jira, Confluence and other collaboration tools
- Support the analysis and documentation of EDI business processes, message flows and business requirements, including user stories for messages such as Orders, Order Confirmations, Delivery Notes and Invoices
- Assist with testing activities for new EDI implementations, enhancements and migration projects, including the preparation of test scenarios, test data and test documentation
- Help monitor EDI transactions, analyze incidents and data quality issues, and support reporting activities, KPI tracking and the preparation of management presentations
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Strong interest in digital business processes, EDI and IT-related project work; first practical experience through internships or university projects is an advantage
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to document processes, structure information clearly and support multiple tasks in parallel
- Good analytical skills and an interest in working with data, testing activities and the investigation of process or data quality issues
- Strong communication skills in English, combined with the ability to work effectively in an international team; initial experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus
