What will your day look like?
- Support financial planning and forecasting across the group, preparing insights for senior leadership,
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to gather inputs and test business plan assumptions,
- Help build and maintain integrated 3-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow),
- Support valuation analyses (DCF, trading/transaction comparables, LBO) for fundraising and M&A projects,
- Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses to support key decision-making,
- Support preparation of materials for the upcoming investment round (financial projections, data room, supporting analysis),
- Assist with financial workstreams on M&A transactions (due diligence support, data gathering, modeling),
- Help coordinate information requests with investment banks, legal counsel, and auditors,
- Prepare recurring management reports and dashboards summarizing KPIs and performance trends,
- Conduct variance analysis against budget/forecast and help identify key drivers,
- Support the annual budgeting process – gathering inputs, consolidating data, tracking budget execution,
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and use AI tools (LLMs, automation) to speed up FP&A and reporting tasks. Who are we looking for?
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field,
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory (internships considered),
- Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles,
- Solid Excel skills, including financial modeling (3-statement models, DCF/comparables),
- Understanding of M&A processes (due diligence, deal structuring) is an advantage,
- Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, automation) for analytical/reporting workflows is a plus,
- Strong communication skills, able to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders,
- Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage,
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets,
- Proactive, structured, and a team player with strong ownership and willingness to learn.
