About the role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision-making on high-priority crypto issues, providing expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support our growth globally.
You'll act as a key liaison between our board and relevant stakeholders, managing the integrity of corporate records, statutory filings, and capital matters for our cryptoasset firms in Europe.

What you'll be doing* Coordinating board and committee activities for regulated cryptoasset entities, ensuring seamless meeting administration and governance adherence
- Managing corporate governance disclosures and board resolutions, aligned with transparency and crypto-specific regulatory standards
- Maintaining high-integrity statutory registers, share capital records, and director documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Advising on evolving crypto-governance frameworks, interpreting requirements under MiCA, DORA, and local regulations to drive operational compliance
- Overseeing complex external reporting and regulatory filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across operational jurisdictions
What you'll need* 3+ years of experience, with recent experience in a fintech or dynamic financial services environment
- A bachelor’s degree or post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., law, finance, corporate governance)
- To hold a professional membership, such as the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, or admission as a qualified lawyer
- A recognised qualification or several years of experience in finance, risk, law, strategy, compliance, and company secretarial practice
- Fluency in English
- Solid IT skills and curiosity in artificial intelligence
- A proven track record of project management in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have* Fluency in other languages
