Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona),on a permanent contract.

The Logistics Assistant provides assistance to the logistics team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Oversee and ensure administrative compliance of import and transport documents in Iberia
• Effectively track port arrivals as well as customs’ clearances
• Implement a streamlined approach to enhance efficiency and control costs at the assigned ports
• Generate and submit periodical reports such as SII, Intrastat and plastics’ declarations to the AEAT
• Manage the office procurement

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ overall experience in Logistics/Customs;
• Experience in the sector will be an added value;
• Proficiency in Computers and Office365.
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• Organizational maturity and effectiveness;
• Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts;
• Results orientated with a positive approach;
• Ability to deal with change;
• Excellent Communication Skills
