About this Position
Become part of a highly dynamic Global Packaging Innovation team shaping packaging solutions for all markets.
What you´ll do
- Support consumer understanding and assessment to ensure packaging ideas meet real-world needs
- Screen and evaluate potential packaging concepts and technologies to identify promising directions for innovation
- Contribute to ideation sessions and help fill the innovation pipeline with fresh concepts
- Gain insights into packaging technologies for consumer goods
What makes you a good fit
- Master or bachelor student, preferably with a focus on packaging technology, plastics engineering or similar fiels
- Practical or international experience in a globally operating FMCG company, e.g. through internships or a semester abroad is advantageous
- Strong interest in sparking innovation and exploring new ideas for packaging solutions, ideally with previous experience in this field - through projects, internships or academic work
- Curiosity and creativity in future technology exploration
- Availability as of October 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
