Bring New Marine Technologies from Development to Reality

Have you ever wanted to lead projects that move beyond presentations and spreadsheets and end up powering some of the world's largest vessels? At Everllence, you will work at the intersection of technology, engineering, and business, delivering projects that contribute to the maritime industry's transition towards a carbon-neutral future.

We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity, and turning ambitious ideas into successful results. If you are motivated by creating clarity, building momentum, and enabling teams to perform at their best, we would love to hear from you.

You will play an important role in:

  • Leading cross-functional development projects from early concept through testing, validation, and implementation
  • Fostering collaboration between engineering disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, service organisations, and business stakeholders across the organisation
  • Establishing and maintaining project scope, project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Coordinating prototype builds, testing activities, and industrialisation efforts.
  • Supporting the successful delivery of project milestones, technical deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitating decision-making and providing clear project reporting to management and stakeholders.

We imagine that you:

  • Enjoy creating clarity and progress in technically complex projects.
  • Are motivated by building structure and momentum in complex environments where many stakeholders and priorities must come together.
  • Can balance technical understanding with strong business awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical specialists and senior management.
  • Take responsibility for your work, collaborate openly, and remain focused on achieving goals when challenges arise.
  • Experience from the marine or automative, is an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates with a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects in other industries.
  • May not meet every requirement listed above, but are excited about the opportunity and believe your experience could contribute to the role.

Welcome to Hydraulic Systems Development

You will join the experts team within our Hydraulic Systems Development function, part of Everllence’s two-stroke R&D division. Our team is responsible for:

  • Developing and specifying hydraulic systems for 2-stroke engines, including on-engine and off-engine applications.
  • Developing and qualifying hydraulic components such as control valves, pumps, filters, and accumulators in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Dimensioning flow paths and hydraulic blocks, ensuring robust system performance.
  • Supporting correct application through documentation, modelling, and field data analysis.
  • Supporting testing of hydraulic components and systems on rigs and in operational environments.
  • Troubleshooting concept-related issues in service.

We foster a collaborative and open working culture, where diverse perspectives are valued, creativity is encouraged and mutual support is a cornerstone of our success. You will find opportunities to explore new ideas and contribute meaningfully to cutting-edge technological development.

What can you expect from us:

  • Opportunities to lead high-impact development projects from concept to implementation.
  • Mentoring, training, and professional development tailored to your ambitions and interests.
  • Exposure to innovative technologies and collaboration with experts across multiple disciplines.
  • A diverse and inclusive work environment with a strong team spirit.

Opportunities to influence decisions, contribute new ideas, and grow both professionally and personally.
