SALES ASSOCIATE – 20-30h - week

As a Sales Associate at Lager 157, you are an important part of our daily operations and customer experience. You help create an inspiring, welcoming, and efficient store environment where both customers and colleagues feel at home.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Associate:

• Meet and provide service to our customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Contribute to keeping the store well-stocked, inviting, and in top condition.
• Assist with replenishment, orderliness, and campaign activities.
• Take part in checkout duties, fitting rooms, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with your colleagues and support where needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment where we have fun together and work towards shared goals.

You will have varied tasks and the opportunity to develop further – potentially towards leadership roles or other functions within Lager 157 over time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys meeting many different people and delivering world-class service.
• Is looking for an active, hands-on, and fast-paced job.
• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Has energy, commitment, and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Speaks sufficient English to understand instructions and communicate with customers; additional language skills are a plus.
• Is at least 16 years old.

The role reports to the Store Manager.
