As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing complex machining operations on critical aerospace components. Using advanced CNC equipment, you will contribute directly to the quality, reliability, and safety of aircraft engine parts used worldwide.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you will perform highly specialized CNC machining operations within our manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities include:

✅ Setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC turning and milling machines

✅ Performing 4-axis and 5-axis machining operations independently

✅ Manufacturing and repairing complex aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances

✅ Performing grinding operations in accordance with strict quality requirements

✅ Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions

✅ Conducting dimensional inspections using precision measurement equipment

✅ Identifying and resolving machining and process deviations

✅ Supporting continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives

✅ Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly motivated machining professional with experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Vocational education (VMBO/MBO) in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with CNC turning and/or milling
• Experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
• Experience with grinding processes is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work within extremely tight tolerances
• Experience with single-piece manufacturing or high-mix/low-volume production is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
