Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, support field teams, and help ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily plumbing service operations
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow organization
• Support plumbing technicians and field service teams
• Monitor job progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and improve operational processes and procedures
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
• Assist with inventory management and equipment coordination
• Ensure company standards, safety procedures, and service expectations are followed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations management, service management, or a similar role
• Experience in the plumbing, construction, HVAC, or home services industry is an asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience coordinating teams and daily schedules
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
